The phone call for the appointment was
handled expeditiously. The waiting room is clean
and comfortable. Best of all my car was taken
into the shop on time and the oil change and
inspection work was completed in less than the
estimated time!

We had a Dodge Caravan that was just over
the manufacturers warranty and they would NOT
cover work. MAC was not only knowledgeable, they
were able to fix the problem for 1/2 of what the
dealer offered and had it completed in only one
day!

I first went to this shop when moving to
town 3 years ago. While waiting for my car I
overheard the owner, Bruce, talking to a
customer on the phone. He was talking her out of
having work done that was expensive and not a
safety issue for her car. My experience ever
since has supported that first impression that
this is an uncommonly honest repair shop. They
are always courteous, do the work well, and in
the time promised. And they do give me a ride
when I need one.

The work that I had done, an oil change
and tire rotation, was rather simple, but I was
happy with both and very happy with the
friendliness of everyone. The thing that was
most important to me was the ride back to work
when I dropped the car off.

I have been intending to write you a note
to officially thank you and tell you how much we
appreciate Murrysville Auto Clinic!
I realized at the end of October that the
state and emissions inspection stickers were
about to expire, so I dropped off my Toyota to a
national tire and service center while I was
shopping at Lowe's in Greensburg. Imagine my
surprise when. I was informed that my Toyota
would not pass inspection unless I replaced
front brake pads and calipers and flushed the
brake system at a cost of $520! I should add
that there was always a front wheel vibration,
which the Toyota dealer tried to correct on
several occasions, only to have it recur.
Here is the reason everyone should
establish a relationship with a trustworthy home
town service station such as Murrysville Auto
Clinic: I immediately telephoned Bruce and
scheduled an appointment for the next day. Not
only did Bruce troubleshoot that recurrent wheel
vibration, he corrected it, noted that the
Toyota only needed brake pads, and sent me on my
way for $102!

they actually care about their clients - who
they treat as real people.
